Driver licensing, plainly: each active driver in your fleet uses one seat. Plans include seats (Solo: 1 driver included · Dispatch: 3 driver seats included, then $15/driver/mo · Fleet: 10 driver seats included, then $12/driver/mo); beyond that, extra drivers bill monthly per seat and you can deactivate a driver any time to free one. Seasonal fleet? Scale seats down in the slow months — no contracts, no calls.
Questions, answered
Is there really no per-stop charge?
Really. Run 50 stops or 500 — the price is the same. Competitors sell stop bundles with overage fees; we think that punishes you for growing.
What counts as a driver seat?
An active driver in your fleet. Dispatchers, admins and office staff are free and unlimited. Deactivate a driver and the seat frees up immediately.
How does the free trial work?
7 days, full access, card up front — but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and canceling before that means you're never charged at all.
Does it work with AIOP?
Yes — that's the point of the suite. Install the Swoop IO connector in AIOP and orders become delivery stops; status and proof of delivery flow back to the order. Swoop IO also runs perfectly standalone.
What about the driver app?
iOS and Android. It keeps working with no signal — statuses, photos and signatures queue on the phone and sync when coverage returns.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing period.
